Transcripts and Student Records

Transcripts

Requests for official transciprts must be submitted through Parchment. You must set-up an an account in Parchment to request your transcript.

Please note: It is important that students use their own personal email address, not their VISD student email address, when creating an account.

If your transcript is not available via Parchment, please contact the Vashon Island High School registrar.

K-12 Transfers

Students transferring out of the district do not need to request a transcript via Parchment. The new school can send a records request to the VISD building registrar.

Student Records

To request a student’s records, please contact your student’s school.

IEP Record Requests

To request IEP records or other special education records, please contact Tory Gateman by email or call 206-463-8528.
