VHS Theatre Presents "Hadestown"

Coming this March: VHS theatre brings Anais Mitchell's stunning folk opera. Hadestown delivers a deeply resonant and defiantly hopeful theatrical experience. Following two intertwining love stories – that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of immortal King Hades and lady Persephone – Hadestown invites audiences on a journey to the underworld and back.

Inspired by traditions of classic American folk music and vintage New Orleans jazz, Mitchell’s beguiling sung-through musical pits industry against nature, doubt against faith, and fear against love.

Tickets are $15 for all performances, except for March 26, which is a "pay what you will show."
  • Dates: March 13-14, March 20-22, March 26-28
  • Time: 7:00 p.m. (except March 22 at 2:00 p.m. and March 26 at 3:30 p.m.)
  • Tickets available here

Summer Camps for All Ages with Journeymen

Looking for summer camp opportunities? Journeymen has a variety of camp options during the summer for all ages. Click here to learn more about their offerings and how to sign-up.

Journeymen Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the Puget Sound, helping boys become wholehearted men of character, courage, and purpose. In a time when many boys are growing up disconnected - from their emotions, from healthy models of manhood, and from a true sense of belonging - we provide what’s often missing: trusted mentors, supportive community, and nature-based rites of passage into adulthood. Through mentoring groups, transformational experiences, workshops and training, we help young men claim their gifts, build essential life skills, access their hearts, and contribute as leaders of positive change.
