After School Plan Changes

  • If you want your child to follow a different after school plan than the default, you must enter these changes in School Dismissal Manager. That information is provided to teachers and bus drivers.  This will be required for Pick Up/FastLane as well.  

    You can submit changes for the following:

    • One time exception for pick-up, walking* or bus.
    • Recurring changes (example: every Monday to a stop - end date required) - If you wish to make a recurring change for every week that is for 4 or 5 days in the week, you will have to first do a recurring exception for 3 of the days, then do another one for the other 1 or 2 days.  It's a workaround with the system limitations.
    • Change to an After School Activity (at the school) - not available at this time

    *Note walking students are dismissed from their class and are not under any staff supervision once released.  You must be comfortable with your child's ability to go to the designated spot to meet you.  Parents are asked to park in the lot across the street and can walk to meet their students in the grassy area next to the CES gym (west side of CES).  Siblings of preschool students are to meet their parents at the Pre-school pick up spot outside the Kindergarten playground in the front of the school.

    All changes for students must be submitted by 2:30 pm on regular school days.

    For Early Release Fridays all changes must be submitted by 12:30 pm.

    On the Early Release days before Conferences (11/2 and 3/15, Thanksgiving (11/23) and the Last Day of School (6/15), submit changes by 10:55.

    School Dismissal Manager App - NEW!!!

    If you installed the app last year, you MUST FIRST REMOVE THAT APP from your mobile device.  It will no longer work.

    The Apps are no longer available in the App Stores. ALL parents will need to add the SDM App to a smartphone, tablet, or web browser via this link. The app is compatible with Android and Apple devices. 

    IMPORTANT: Returning parents need to UNINSTALL last year’s App before installing the new App.
