I have been in the field of special education for over 14 years, and am passionate about teaching reading and writing. My motivation as a teacher is to share my love of learning, and my gift has been working with struggling readers. There is no better feeling than to help a child become a strong reader and independent learner.

I am grateful to be living and working in our vibrant community with my husband, baby girl, chickens and dog.
