Safety is our top priority. Parents/guardians with safety concerns regarding their student's bus stop may request a review by the Transportation department. 

School bus stops are placed in centralized locations along preset routes. 

Guidelines for walking distances to stops are:

• 1584 feet (0.3 miles) for elementary students.
• 2112 feet (0.4 miles) for middle school students.
• 2640 (0.5 miles) feet for high school students.

Regretfully, we are unable to consider personal circumstances in requests to add service inside the Walking Zones or to move bus stops closer to a residence.
