We invite applicants to apply for substitute positions along with permanent positions. Signing up as a substitute doesn't hurt your chances of being offered a permanent job with the District. Instead, substitutes have the opportunity of "on the job training" while working in a variety of interesting positions and visiting a number of locations throughout the District. It has been found that experience as a substitute often prepares an individual for permanent placement.
Your role in helping us in supporting quality education is important and we value your commitment to the students of our district. We are confident that you will meet and exceed our expectations as a substitutue.
