Vashon Island School District now uses the FastTrack program to allow us to more efficiently and effectively manage job applications.

NOTE: If you have applied for an active open position through our TalentEd system, your application will remain active, and you do not need to reapply. However, we invite you to create a FastTrack profile at this time to be used for any future applications.

• You can use any computer connected to the internet to apply.
• Information regarding the status of your application will be sent through the FastTrack system to your FastTrack Message Center. Please log into FastTrack and check the Message Center daily while actively applying for open positions, as action may be needed from you to move your application forward.

• Employment is conditional upon successful completion of WSP/FBI background and fingerprint checks.

Vashon Island is located in Puget Sound between Seattle and Tacoma with short ferry rides to either urban center.  With a population of approximately 10,000 year-round residents, the Island maintains its rural nature while offering a rich variety of local cultural and recreational activities as well as easy access to events in the city.
