    *** Class Instructions ***

    1. Today you will be working on part 2 of the Dietary Guidelines Assignment. Before you begin part 2, you will want to make sure you have completly filled out your 24 food log. Remember to be thorough, and to include all beverages, sauces, dips, etc. The goal is that you have a snapshot of what a normal day looks like for you - you absolutely do not need to change any of your habits, you simply just need to write it down!

    2. Once your food log has been filled out, you will then need to create an account on MyFitnessPal, and enter in the food you ate into the "food diary" feature. Please carefully read the directions on the assignment sheet I handed out - this will make the process of completing part 2 much less confusing! Please note that you will need to enter in individual items. If I had a turkey sandwhich, for example, I would need to enter 2 slices of break, turkey, mayo, mustard, lettuce, etc.

    3. Continue to follow the instructions for all of part 2! I will give you time in class on Friday to finish!

Friday -  Last day in class to complete the Dietary Guidelines Assignment.
