CES Start and Dismissal Times
Chautauqua Elementary begins its school day at 9:00am. The Tardy bell rings at 9:10. Dismissal time is 3:40pm. The building opens for students with the first bell at 9:00am. Students arriving after the second bell at 9:10am are considered tardy and must check in to the main office prior to heading to class.

From Seattle: Take the ferry from West Seattle (Fauntleroy). Get off ferry and drive South on Vashon Hwy. Drive through downtown Vashon (blinking red light), At next blinking light turn left on SW Cemetery Rd, go .1 mi and turn right into parking lot. Stay left. Office is to the right of the main entrance.

From Tacoma: Take ferry from Pt. Defiance. Go left after getting off the ferry. Follow the Vashon Hwy North through one blinking red light (Burton). Go through second blinking light (District OldAdmin Office on right). At third blinking light turn right on SW Cemetery Rd, go .1 mi and turn right into parking lot. Stay left. Office is to the right of the main entrance.
